Our Glaze Paint Sealant allows paint to breathe if it has not been fully cured and brings colour back to discoloured paint whilst achieving a high gloss finish. Most modern vehicles do not show visible signs of rusting until they are over five or six years old. Beyond that, in the high salt environments of central and eastern Canada, the vehicle will experience mechanical and body deterioration due to corrosion. Unlike the rest of the tempered glass on your car, windshield glass is laminated. Tempered glass shatters, laminated glass is shatter-proof. That's why windshields withstand impact better. Smaller windshield fractures can be fixed, but sometimes, when bigger breaks and cracks occur, replacement is the only option. We tint your car with the best of materials; Solar Guard or 3M. Anything less is uncivilized. Depending on which direction you want to go we offer a variation of shades and percentages. What ever suits you is what we aim to provide.
We offer four different packages but our most popular package is the Completely Spiffy. Each package begins with a thorough hand wash, which promises to clean those hard to reach spots that a machine might miss. From there, the severity of the messiness is met with an appropriate detail treatment--technicians will shampoo and steam clean the seats and carpet, shampoo the engine, apply dressing to the interior, and apply a Premium Carnauba Hand Wax to the finish to make it look like it just peeled out of Henry Ford's science kit.
That will of course depend on what type of service you require. When doing a thorough interior detailing involving a shampoo, we will need the vehicle of 3-4 hours. We need the time to clean the vehicle properly and have it thoroughly dry for you when you come to take it home. Lighter services, such as our Really Spiffy and Pretty Spiffy take less time, but you should plan to have your vehicle with us for a minimum of two hours.
Sure. The coffee is always on at Spiffy's For some smaller jobs, we can have you in and out in less than two hours. For more complete detailing services though, you might want to arrange to leave your vehicle with us and pick it up later.
Yes. We would be happy to give you a lift on to work or back home after you have left your vehicle with us. Taking into consideration that you live in the area.
